SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
The TLP Program Manager maintains the day-to-day monitoring, supervision, and oversight of the Site Coordinators/Supervisors and Advocacy Coordinators. This position ensures that residential staff and Advocacy Coordinators provide consistent, client-centered, and goal-oriented support to individuals transitioning to independent living. This position supports staff development, monitors service delivery, and upholds compliance with program standards and regulations. This position also participates in monthly leadership team meetings to strengthen our client's services, staff, and service delivery. The TLP Program Manager supports the Director of Programs in program/resource marketing and development, with significant responsibility for improving and maintaining program census, outcomes, and compliance with all plan requirements, licensing, federally driven performance-based contracting, and accreditation requirements to protect our client from potential exposure to the risk of liabilities.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* CWEL License required
* MSW or academically equivalent degree
* 25+ years of age
* Must be able to successfully pass a background check as required by 89 Ill. Adm. Code 385 (Background Checks) and submit to fingerprinting and meet transportation requirements
* Hourly compensation of approximately $32-37, commensurate with education, experience, licensure
