Description
Precision HR is seeking a full time Paraprofessional in Northfield, MN. This opportunity is working with Elementary students.HOURS & COMPENSATION:
- 8:003:15pm
- $22/hr, paid weekly!
Qualifications:
At least two years of college credits (usually 60 credits) through an accredited institution of higher education; or minimum of an Associate's degree; or a passing score on the ParaPro assessment test.
RESPONSIBILITIES;
• Support students in achieving academic and behavioral goals, including those outlined in IEPs
• Assist teachers with classroom management, lesson preparation, and activity facilitation
• Encourage a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
