Description
Delta-T Group is a nationwide provider of interim staffing referrals and workforce solutions within the K12 education, social service, behavioral health, substance abuse and disability fields. We connect caring professionals with rich and rewarding client opportunities.Our client is seeking a Licensed RN - School Nurse to work with school-age students in the Washington, DC area. This is a full or part-time schedule, Monday-Friday assignment.
SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Provide direct nursing care to students, including first aid, medication administration, and management of chronic health conditions.
* Conduct health screenings and maintain accurate health records.
* Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized healthcare plans.
* Educate students and staff on health and wellness topics.
* Ensure compliance with state and federal health regulations and school policies.
* Participate in the planning and execution of health-related events and programs.
CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Current Nursing License (RN) in the District of Columbia
* Experience in pediatric or school nursing highly preferred
* Current BLS CPR
