CLIENT'S AVAILABLE HOURS
Monday - Friday: 10:00am - 6:00pm

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
*Treat all clients and staff with dignity and respect while supervising kitchen operations in accordance with facility policies and Department of Health regulations.
*Prepare and serve timely, nutritious meals following dietitian-approved menus, portion control standards, and School Lunch Program guidelines.
*Manage food service operations, including ordering (1-3 times weekly), inventory control, proper storage, and budget monitoring.
*Ensure compliance with all sanitation, safety, and operational requirements for kitchen activities.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
*Must hold and provide at minimum High School Diploma or GED
*1 - 2 years' professional experience with food preparation and/or culinary experience
*1 - 2 years' professional experience working within behavioral health, outpatient, residential, hospital, and/or mental health settings a huge plus!
*Knowledge of food costs control
*Must provide and/or have willingness to obtain: PA State Criminal Check
