Title: Recruiter - Allied HealthcareLocation: Tempe, AZ
Join an established organization as Kaleidoscope looks for its newest addition to the team- as a Recruiter. The Allied Healthcare Recruiter position is an integral part in Kaleidoscope's mission to deliver therapeutic and education services to children with special needs.
In this critical role for Kaleidoscope, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and retaining the top-tier talent of local Allied Healthcare and Education Professionals. You'll work from our Office in the Tempe, Az area. This is not a remote position.

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for seeking out qualified Allied Healthcare and Education Professionals throughout the Arizona market. Searches, phone screens, and video interviews and MS Teams meetings will all be conducted from our office. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with extensive outreach (phone, email, text), speaking with new people frequently and will have the ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questioning. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meetings and exceeding assigned quotas.
Responsibilities:
Extensive outreach to prospective candidate (phone calls, emails, text)
Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions.
Conduct interviews via phone or MS Teams.
Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.
Serve as the first contact person for questions from candidates.
Skills & Abilities:

> Demonstrated ability to meet quotas.
> Ability to work independently towards assigned goals.
> Excellent time management and organization skills.
> Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
> Ability to listen and communicate well with management, clients, and providers
> Professional appearance and presentation required.
> Reliable transportation to our Tempe, AZ Area office.
> Ability to learn and understand basic medical terminology and healthcare-related language.
> Other transferable industries/skill sets Proprietary School Admissions Representative, Call Center Lead, Insurance Sales Representative, Enterprise RAC, High-Volume Customer Service.
Computer Skills:
> Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is an essential skill.
> Proficiency in using email and Outlook.
> Ability to keep accurate records, work in the database, use Excel, and track processes accurately.
Working Conditions:
> Exposure to constant or intermittent sounds is sufficient to cause distraction.
> Considerable stress may occur at times due to the pressure of meeting service requirements.
> Hours of work: 8:30a to 5:00p; must fulfill the duties of the position regardless of the number of hours worked. May vary depending on current recruitment projects. See offer letter for assigned hours. May be changed at any time based on changing company needs.
> Performing these duties on a full-time basis is an essential function of this position.
The role is Full-Time, eligible for PTO and other benefits, and is NOT a remote position.
