Description

We are seeking multiple Behavioral Technicians for In Home cases in the Fairfax, VA area.

Hours and Locations:
Below is a sampling of some of the current cases and locations:

1 Case (total up to 35 hours along those hours) - Lorton, VA
M, W 12:00 - 8
T, Th, F 3:00 - 8
Sat and Sun - 9 to 4

1 Case, Burke, VA (12 hours a week, 4 hours for 3 out of the 5 days)
M - F 4:00 - 8

1 Case, Sterling, VA (up to 25 hours per week)
M-F, 3:15 - 8

Primary Responsibilities:
* Direct Therapy: Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in the home setting.
* Implement Plans: Follow behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
* Data Collection: Accurately record client behavior and progress.
* Skill Building: Teach adaptive skills (social, self-care, communication).
* Parent/Caregiver Training: Communicate progress and strategies to families.
* Documentation: Complete session notes and reports.

Required Experience and Education:
* Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED
* Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred)
* Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
* It is an essential function to be able to meet the rigorous demands of the job, which may include: long periods of standing, sitting, following, pushing/pulling equipment, lifting, bending, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and engaging with children on the floor or standing for long periods.
