We are seeking Porter/light Maintenance workers for a facility in New York, NJ

HOURS & COMPENSATION
* $17/hr
* Monday through Friday: Two Shifts available 7am to 3pm (3:30pm) and 1pm to 9pm (9:30pm)
* Position starts immediately

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
• Maintains the interior and exterior of facility at the highest standard of excellence.
• Sweeps and mops interior spaces, maintains wood floors, vacuums carpeted areas.
• Completes janitorial work, including but not limited to:
• Trash removal.
• Cleaning bathrooms/refilling bathroom items.
• Cleaning kitchens, hallways, stairwells, and other common areas.
• Cleaning offices.
• Cleaning storage and machinery rooms.
• Keeps sidewalks and other exterior areas clean and free of debris.
• Performs seasonal tasks such as shoveling snow, salting/sanding sidewalks.
• Performs minor repairs, such as fixing leaky faucets, changing light bulbs, etc.
• Identifies larger repair needs; generates work orders for the Maintenance team.
• Adheres to confidentiality protocols outlined by the agency.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* All candidates must have experience
* State and Federal Criminal Background checks
* Ability to read labels to ensure proper chemical usage
* Ability to lift 40 Lbs
