MONDAY - FRIDAY SHIFTS AVAILABLE
WEEKEND SHIFTS AVAILABLE
*3PM - 11PM
*11PM - 7AM

Weekly Compensation- Take home up to $3,100 each month!

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
Work directly with individuals participating in our programs and report to the designated supervisor at your location. This role plays a key part in supporting participants through their journey. Your presence helps create a structured and stable environment that is essential during early stages of progress. You provide crucial support, help maintain healthy boundaries, and offer a listening ear during difficult moments. Your energy, dedication, and compassion can make a meaningful difference in someone's decision to keep moving forward.
*Screen and process new admissions.
* Coordinate in-house activities based on the program's schedule which could include chores, breaks, exercise time, leisure time and visitations.
*Conduct and document room searches and perform random searches of clients as directed by program supervisor.
*Supervise, where appropriate, clients taking their medications.
*Monitor urinalysis/drug screening and breathalyzers as instructed by supervisor on duty.
*Complete written reports, documentation, and electronic incident reports as required.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
*Minimum of High School Diploma or GED required.
*Minimum of 1 - 2 years' experience in relevant roles. Experience with supporting in substance abuse & co-occurring environments highly preferred.
*Must be able to provide clean criminal background, PA State Child Abuse Check and CPR/FA Certification.
