CLIENT'S AVAILABLE HOURS
Part Time or Full-Scheduled Role
SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
The Bilingual Licensed School Psychologist (LSSP) will provide psychological services to students, including evaluation, intervention, and consultation. The LSSP will collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote students' academic achievement, social-emotional development, and behavioral success. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required to support bilingual students and families.
CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Valid Texas Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) credential
- Compliance with Texas State Board of Examiners of Psychologists (TSBEP) requirements
- Understanding of child and adolescent development, learning processes, and mental health needs
- Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) required
- Two years of experience in a school setting preferred
- Ability to conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
