SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) supports students with complex medical and developmental needs in a therapeutic educational environment. Working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), the CNA provides direct personal care, assists with medical procedures, and helps create a safe and supportive setting that fosters each student's physical, emotional, and educational growth.

CLIENT'S LOCATION
Positions are located in the Bloomingdale area.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Certification: Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of Illinois.
* Experience: At least 1 year of experience providing direct care to children or individuals with developmental or physical disabilities (preferred).
* Training: Current CPR and First Aid certification.
Skills & Competencies:
* Compassionate, patient, and dependable demeanor.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to safely lift, transfer, and reposition students.
* Comfort working in a school-based medical environment.
