Description

Our client is seeking independent contractors in the Northeast Philadelphia area. Someone looking to be an attendance case manager who focuses on reducing student truancy on-site at a specific community school.

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Reduce student truancy by building relationships with at-risk youth and families.
* Remove barriers to attendance (like providing resources, tools, uniforms).
* Aide in making sure you get the participant to achieve daily goals
* Ability to maintain 30-40 participant caseload
* Make home visits as needed
* Other duties as deemed appropriate by the supervisor/manager

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Bachelor's Degree under Human Services umbrella (psychology, sociology, etc)
* Valid Driver's License
* 1 year experience in human services field as case manager, service coordinator, or social worker
* Ability to work independently
* Ability to complete and pass clearances: FBI, Child Abuse, State Background and ACT 31
* Must be able to produce current medical/health documents including: physical examination, Tuberculosis/TB Skin Test, CPR, and First Aid Level 2 certification, & hepatitis B screener.
* Adhere precisely to interventions in treatment plan(s)
